Admissions Master 2019 July
The Faculty of Aerospace Engineering organizes admission contest in the July Session 2019 for Aerospace Engineering (AE) and Industrial Engineering (IE). There are 140 vacant places without tuition fee and 40 with fee.

Candidates are scheduled for the 2nd test (interview) on 11 July 2019 (eventually continued on 12 July) as follows:
Candidates who chose GID (Industrial Engineering) as their first option in room BN330 at 9 am
Candidates who chose an Aerospace Engineering program in room POLIZU-G01 at 10 am

Admitted candidates should enroll at the Faculty Office between 12 and 18 July 2019 (9 am -3 pm). Unoccupied places will be contested again in September session. The place is occupied by enrolling of the admitted candidate.

We are waiting for you during the registration period at the Polizu Campus School Secretariat, str. Gh. Polizu 1-7, near Gara de Nord.
Who? (Conditions for participation in the admission contest)
- graduates of aerospace engineering studies;
- graduates of engineering studies of other faculties;
- graduates of undergraduate studies in any other field;
- graduates of a Bachelor’s degree study abroad not listed in the previous categories may take part in admissions based on a recognized Bachelor’s degree in accordance with the methodologies developed by MEN. Upon admission to Romanian language teaching programs, citizens of the European Union and third countries have the obligation to prove their knowledge of the Romanian language, according to the methodologies in their country, as the case may be.The participation of the candidates in the admission contest is conditioned by their registration and by filling in a standard enrollment form. Each candidate will mention in the application form, in the order of his / her preferences, their options and the study regime (budget or fee).
What papers should I bring? (Required documents)
- the registration form, obtained from the faculty admission committee, in which all the required data will be mentioned under the signature and own responsibility (amendments, additions or deletions will not be accepted in the registration form);
- two photographs, recently made on photographic paper, color, 3×4 cm format;
- the baccalaureate diploma in original;
- Bachelor’s / Engineer’s diploma or equivalent in original (candidates in the 2018 promotion can also be enrolled on the basis of the original graduation certificate, specifying the average of the years of study and the grade of the diploma / license exam);
- supplement to the original diploma, only in the case of the Bachelor’s / Engineer diploma;
- the birth certificate, in a certified copy (can be legalized at the secretary’s office);
- a medical certificate issued by a medical clinic indicating that the applicant is medically fit for the specialization in which he / she is applying;
- the marriage certificate, in a certified copy (if applicable);
- identity card, original and copy;
- the receipt for the admission fee, obtained from the faculty secretariat. The registration fee is 100 Lei.
Air Transport Engineering specialization only:
- Candidates will support an English language aviation checkup
In order to register in the competition, the candidates must be present in person to the faculty secretariat.
Trials
First trial is the examination of the files and the calculation of the arithmetic mean of the averages of each year of study and the average for passing the diploma / license exam.
Second trial of the competition consists of an interview with members of the Board of Admissions to the Master Programs.
The Admission Contest (Trial 2) will be held on July 12-13, 2018 and September 13-14, 2018 respectively, the hours will be displayed (there will be an individual appointment for the interview). As some master programs are likely to be occupied by the July admissions session, we recommend candidates not to wait for the September admissions session. The timetable is designed to allow graduates to register directly to the Masters Admissions Contest and to fulfill it one week after the diploma exam (July 2-6).
Admissions Master 2018 September
The Faculty of Aerospace Engineering organizes admission contest in the September Session 2018 for Aerospace Engineering (AE) and Industrial Engineering (IE). There are 69 vacant places without tuition fee and 36 with fee.
Candidates are invited to register at the Faculty Office between 27 Aug – 12 Sep 2018 and will be scheduled for the 2nd test (interview) on 13 September 2018 as follows:
Candidates who chose GID (Industrial Engineering) as their first option in room BN330 at 9 am
Candidates who chose an Aerospace Engineering program in room POLIZU-G01 at 9 am
